Please note: Due to high demand, weekend Campsite reservations during peak season (mid-June to mid-August) have a 3-night minimum. Due to high demand, all Rental Cabin/RV reservations during peak season (mid-June to mid-August) have a 4-night minimum. Exceptions to required minimum stays may be permitted if availability still exists the week of your dates. Additional terms/security deposits may apply for large group reservations.

Securing Your Reservation & General Payment Terms

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks. Regardless of payment method used, all guests must maintain a valid credit card on file

We require payment in full for all daily and weekly reservations at the time of booking. Electricity usage is included in our daily and weekly pricing.

For our spring and fall weekend-only camping specials, a minimum deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. For guests making a 50 % deposit at the time of booking, the balance will be due 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival date. Electricity usage for the spring and fall weekend-only specials is metered and is billed separately. 

For monthly reservations, a minimum deposit of 50% or the first month is required at the time of booking. For guests making a 50% deposit at the time of booking, the balance of the first month will be due 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival date. If a multi-month reservation is being reserved, our team members will explain the terms of payment for the additional months while your monthly reservation is being made. Electricity usage for monthly campers is metered and billed separately. 

With the exception of multi-month reservations or promotional reservations with non-standard payment terms, all guests must have their reservation balances paid off 1 month (28 days) prior to their arrival date. Any balances that remain unpaid by that time will automatically be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.

Group reservations are also available, but group size may be limited by management and/or campsite/cabin availability. Additional or modified terms and/or security deposits may be required of larger groups (groups of 5 or more campsites/rentals).
