WHAT ARE THE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES?
We look forward to your arrival between 2pm and 8 pm. Check out times for tent and RV sites is 1 PM; rental unit check out is 11 a.m. Late check out is possible (fees apply) if the sites is available.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies at Cozy Hills differ by the length of your stay. Short stays are much easier to rebook so we can be more generous. Longer stay cancellations are very challenging to rebook on short notice so we can’t be as accommodating.
If your stay is for 7 nights or less:
- If you cancel with 7 days or less notice of check in date – no refunds or credits
- 8-14 days’ notice of check in date – you receive a credit (minus a $20 rebooking fee) to be used in same camping season
- 15 or more days’ notice – your choice of a full credit or refund* minus $25 cancellation fee, or 5% cancellation fee, whichever is greater
If the length of your stay is between 8-21 nights:
- If you cancel with 14 days or less notice of check in date – no refunds or credits
- 15-21 days’ notice of check in date – you receive a credit (minus a $20 rebooking fee) to be used in same camping season
- 22 or more days’ notice – your choice of a full credit or refund* minus $25 or 5% cancellation fee, whichever is greater
If the length of your stay is greater than 22 nights:
- If you cancel with 30 days or less notice of check in date – no refunds or credits
- 31-45 days’ notice of check in date – you receive a credit (minus a $20 rebooking fee) to be used in same camping season
- 46 or more days’ notice – your choice of a full credit or refund* minus 5% cancellation fee
CAN WE BRING OUR PETS CAMPING WITH US?
We welcome friendly pets to our RV Sites and SOME of our rental units. We strongly discourage dogs from tent camping and do not allow cats on tent sites. We do ask that you extend every courtesy to those families camping without pets and be sure to keep your pets on a leash, pick up after them and please do not leave them unattended. Also, please be sure to carry proof of current vaccinations.
Health Department regulations permit pets in designated rentals only (service animals excluded). We’re sorry, but visitors are unable to bring their pets into the park.

At Cozy Hills, we request that you choose only environmentally safe holding tank additives, deodorizers, sanitizers, etc., for your RV. For your convenience, our camp store carries only environmentally safe holding tank products.
We’re also excited to offer single sort recycling, which makes recycling even easier. Simply deposit your cardboard, glass or aluminum in one of our recycling dumpsters and the sorting is done for you! If you are depositing your recycling in a bag, please note that it must be clear.
If you are going off for the day, be sure to turn off any lights, heat or AC within your RV.
Please don’t litter!
WHAT SIZE RV’S DO YOUR SITES ACCOMMODATE AND WHAT TYPE OF HOOKUPS?
ARE BIKES ALLOWED?
ARE MOTORCYCLES, GOLF CARTS, ATV’S MOTORIZED SCOOTERS, HOVER BOARDS, MOPEDS (ANY SIMILAR VEHICLE) allowed?
Motorcycles are permitted for our camping guests. Unfortunately, visitors will not be permitted to bring their motorcycles into the park, but they may leave them in the parking area. A limit of two motorcycles parked on site. Only motorcycles with DOT (Department of Transportation) exhausts are permitted within the park. Any motorcycle that is excessive loud, based on management’s determination, may not be allowed past the parking area to prevent the disturbance of other guests. Helmets must be worn within the park and riding in the park is limited to entering and exiting the park. Motorcycles are not permitted to be started or ridden between quiet hours 10:30pm to 7:30am.
Unless required for a medical condition or accessibility, motorized scooters, mopeds, or dirt bikes are not permitted in the park. If a mobility vehicle is required for medical purposes, the handicap placard must be presented when completing our paperwork and is required to be displayed on the vehicle at all times. Please note, our insurance company requires a certificate of insurance naming Cozy Hills as additional insured for these types of vehicles. Speed limit within the park is 5mph.
Golf carts are allowed only for seasonal campers and rentals from Cozy Hills.
CAN I BRING MY DRONE?
DO YOU HAVE FREE WIFI AND HOW DO I CONNECT?
Yes, we offer complimentary wireless Internet service that is currently available in approximately 90% of the park. We are actively working on expanding it.You should be able to connect without a code, but if you are in one of the new sections, see the front desk for a passcode.
For those traveling with a satellite dish, please keep in mind that we have many trees here in New England, so satellite service may be limited.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We just ask that you adhere to “Family Friendly Attire”. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, should be worn at all times. The park is a casual, family-oriented environment. Ensuring our resort is family friendly is an important part of the camping experience. In that spirit, we ask you to use your discretion and common sense. Attire that is not appropriate for the park—and which may result in refusal of admittance—includes but is not limited to:
Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics
Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment
