Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Cancellation Policy at Cozy Hills differs by the length of stay. Short stays are much easier to rebook so we can be more generous. Longer stay cancellations are very challenging to rebook on short notice so we can’t be as accommodating.
If the stay is for 7 nights or less:
Canceled with 7 days or less notice of check-in date – no refunds or credits
8-14 days’ notice of check-in date – they receive a credit (minus a $20 rebooking fee) to be used in the same camping season
15 or more days’ notice – their choice of a full credit for the same camping season or refund minus $25 or 5% cancellation fee, whichever is greater
If the length of stay is between 8-21 nights:
If they cancel with 14 days or less notice of check-in date – no refunds or credits
15-21 days’ notice of check-in date – they receive a credit (minus a $20 rebooking fee) to be used in the same camping season
22 or more days’ notice – their choice of a full credit for the same camping season or refund minus $25 or 5% cancellation fee, whichever is greater
If the length of stay is greater than 22 nights:
If they cancel with 30 days or less notice of check-in date – no refunds or credits
31-45 days’ notice of check-in date – they receive a credit (minus a $20 rebooking fee) to be used in the same camping season
46 or more days’ notice – their choice of a full credit for the same camping season or refund minus 5% cancellation fee
No refunds or credits will be issued due to inclement weather or for no-shows, no-stays, early departures, or ejections.
If you need to cancel a reservation due to extenuating circumstances, and you are requesting a refund or a credit outside of the terms of the policy above, your request must be submitted digitally at the following link. Requests will be reviewed directly by campground management and will be replied to quickly as possible:
