**Holiday Weekends require a 3 night minimum stay. (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
***The Cabin rental unit has full kitchen and bath facilities. There is a separate master bedroom with a queen sized bed. Two bunk beds and a folding couch are also available for sleeping areas. The cabin has heat, air conditioning, tv, and an outside deck area. You must provide your own bedding, towels, etc.
Cleaning Policy - We expect the cabin to be left in good condition with no damage. The dishes should be washed, refridgerator and freezer emptied, garbage bags removed and floor broom swept. Cozy Hills Campground will be responsible for cleaning / sanitizing the facilities between cabin occupants. A $100 cleaning fee will be retained from the deposit if the cabin is not left in the above described condition.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day there will be a 7 night minimum rental (Friday to Friday). Shorter term reservations will be accepted 2 weeks prior to arrival dates, depending upon availability. Two night minimum rentals required during the rest of the camping season. Cabin rental rates include 2 adults and 3 children. A security / cleaning deposit of $150 is required for each reservation and will be collected at time of check-in. Cabin pictures can be found HERE.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS PERMITTED IN UNITS
CHILDREN 15 AND UNDER ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR HELMETS WHILE RIDING BIKES.
****All Boaters must abide by the state of Connecticut boating rules & regulations. All Golf Cart drivers must have a valid drivers license (not permit). Drivers under 21 are limited to daylight hours only.
Rates are based upon:Both Tent & RV sites - Maximum of (2 Adults, 3 children) or (4 Adults) per site.
Tent site rates include 1 tent. An additional fee of $15.00 required for a second tent on the same site. (Two tents maximum per site)
Monthly Rental - Consists of (4), seven day weeks for a total of 28 nights
Charges for extra people apply.
Per visitor: $5.00 per day - $10.00 for overnight stay
Firewood is available onsite by the bundle ($5) or larger quantities available by request @ a discount.
