**Holiday Weekends require a 3 night minimum stay. (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
***Trailer Rental Unit has a Queen size bed, fold down sofa, a fold down dinette, full size bath, full size kitchen, air conditioning and a front deck. You must provide your own linens (bedding, towels, etc.).

****All Boaters must abide by the state of Connecticut boating rules & regulations. All Golf Cart drivers must have a valid drivers license (not permit). Drivers under 21 are limited to daylight hours only.
Rates are based upon:
Both Tent & RV sites - Maximum of (2 Adults, 3 children) or (4 Adults) per site.
For Tent sites, no more than 1 tent allowed per site.
Charges for extra people apply.
Per visitor: $5.00 per day - $10.00 for overnight stay
Firewood is available onsite by the bundle ($5) or larger quantities available by request @ a discount.
